Simply the Best

I currently have a G3 POC and a flowing concentrator for the evening sleep. I was inquiring about the G5 model built for ease of reading and use on airlines. I wasn't expecting to purchase anything today. I read the reviews of previous purchasers and was looking forward to talking to a specialist. It appears that this company believes in getting the best talent to know their product, understand the client's interest and provide a match for need. Todd, a representative I spoke with, provided me with a plethora of detail and suggestions, some of which I hadn't thought about. My experience dealing with Todd is very similar to the other clients who dealt with different representatives. A company this important to oxygen-dependent clients need the very best of those they work through to get them the necessary support. Todd was exemplary in his knowledge of not only the products, but requirements for airlines and capacity of batteries that were needed for a long flight. I cannot speak more highly of Todd and this organization in pairing up the needs with the services. This was the 4th company I called and no one provided me with as much information as Todd. Needless to say, I purchased the system with a single and double battery. Thank you, Todd!
