Very happy, but would have liked a bit more information
When I called, I was just out of the hospital with no experience in oxygen supplies. I was pretty sure I wanted the Philips system because of prior experiences with Philips products. Nick was helpful in sending information, but when I asked if I could use this at night, he said, "No, it is a pulse system and not continuous flow."
Being very new to this, I didn't understand that. Admittedly, I didn't ask, but I now wish that I had. A few weeks in, I realize that a continuous flow system would work much better in my situation.
Having said that, this system has allowed me to walk the dog, go on a trip (grateful that the charger for the car charges the battery!), and have a somewhat normal life in the face of living with oxygen for the first time ever.
I realized after ordering that I could have gotten it locally for a very small amount of less money, but only because I had to call my local company to get the prescription. Of all the issues, I wish that I had been told that I would need the prescription. It was embarrassing to me to call my local company and admit that I was going out of state for this when they had delivered equipment after hours when the hospital dropped the ball on the order of oxygen on release.
I am very happy with the machine I got, but would be much more happy with a continuous flow option that I could use at night when traveling.

Dealing with Chris Hollis was great
Dealing with Chris was great. Delivery by UPS left a bit to be desired, they went to Pheonix,AZ bypassing Laughlin NV by about 400miles before returning toLaughlin. When there is a UPS facility in Bullhead City, AZ about 6 miles from Laughlin
