Joan Darveux was charged for 275.00 when it was a 60.00 cord. This mistake of yours cost return fees, miss payment fees, late pymnt fees, bank fees. Cannot get a person to talk to about this matter.

fantastic repair work!
Easy access to representative was great on how to ship item for repair and it was completed and returned super quick and runs great again always buy the warranty!!!!

The conversation with our specialist
The conversation with our specialist, Todd, he listened to what our needs were & pointed out things I hadn't thought about, most importantly, the honesty and feedback that we needed. Secondly, the willingness to "hold our hands" every step of the the way, & there were options not just "one way" . If there was a down side, the cannulas that were sent wre 6-7 feet in length & we were using 4-5 foot ones It really was a 5 star experience but in every facet of life there is room for improvement!
