Salesman was nice enough, but no follow through. Had issues with delivery, notified salesman with new address. He replied stating concern and new address was forwarded to another department. I contacted UPS 24 hours later and no address change was given to them. So myself and a friend drove the 40 miles to pick up the concentrator. I am already on supplemental oxygen and getting places can be difficult. Since the purchase I haven't heard from anyone. I even left a voice message to salesman regarding the smell coming from the new unit. Again no call or text. Fortunately the odor dissipated and I chalked it up to it being a new unit. When I purchased my Inogen I had multiple follow-up calls to make sure the machine arrived, any problems with it, and if I had any questions. Somewhat disappointed in your lack of follow through. Good thing the concentrator works well.

Thank you for sharing your experience, Lauren. We apologize for the difficulties you encountered with the delivery and the lack of follow-up from our team. Your feedback highlights significant areas where we need to improve, particularly in communication and ensuring customer concerns are addressed promptly and effectively. We are glad to hear that the issue with the odor from the new unit resolved itself, but we understand that the overall experience fell short of your expectations. This is not the standard of service we aim to provide. We are committed to improving our processes and customer service, based on the insights we receive from experiences like yours. We appreciate your patience and understanding, and we're pleased to know that the concentrator is functioning well for you.
