The person that helped me was the best…
The person that helped me was the best phone rep I have ever dealt with. Even my husband, ( phone was on speaker) said, “wow that guy was great!” I could understand him well. He explained everything clearly and was very pleasant

Amanda Moore & Mez Fitsum were both extremely helpful and…
Amanda Moore was extremely helpful and courteous especially during a very difficult and stressful time for me. She went above and beyond. Very detailed. Very patient. Made several honest suggestions for me. She transferred me to Mez Fitsum in sales. Mez was just as helpful and knowledgeable of the equipment. Suggested a perfect new machine for me to purchase. I will always do business with them. Customer service is hard to find these days. When I find it I’m loyal forever!!!

Best information for a first time oxygen user.
My experience was great. With so many machines out there it was confusing trying to pick one. When I contacted Oxygen Concentrator Store, Colin explained everything well and made a suggestion on the right machine for me. I also watched the video with Joshua and it went over everything about the machine. I felt informed and they had a lot of knowledge.

Online chat easy to used
I used the on line chat and was able to have my questions answered, and I purchased a new concentrator without any issues.

Jake Kinlaw was the representative and was exceptional. My first contact was casual as I was gathering approximate information. He obliged and kept available to me. When I was ready to get specific information, he was extremely knowledgeable, efficient and responsive. Exactly how it should be done.

Prices that are easily paid by seniors because Medicare doesn't cover costs
Service agent gets an A+ from me as he (Nick) was able to answer all questions and even provided guidance when necessary
