Excellent customer service
I want to thank Jake Kinlaw for his quick response to our request to return the initial O2 concentrator and replace it with the exact same model that I currently have but need to return to my oxygen supplier in another state.

Multiple exchanges
With the first concentrator I received there were instructions to download the Inogen connection to my phone and then pair the device. I did so and the concentrator failed after a short period of time. I then received a second concentrator and had the same result. After speaking with Tammy in your service department I deleted the app from my phone and did not pair the THIRD concentrator and have had no further problems. Thank you Tammy. If I was informed of this first you would get more stars and I would not have had the agrivation of exchanging the concentrator THREE times.
Response from Oxygen Concentrator StoreNov 28, 2023
Thank you for your feedback, Arthur. We apologize for the inconvenience and frustration you experienced with the initial concentrators and the issues related to pairing them with the Inogen app. It's concerning to hear about the challenges you faced, and we appreciate your patience through the multiple exchanges. We're glad to know that Tammy from our service department was able to assist you effectively, leading to a resolution with the third concentrator. Your experience highlights the importance of clear communication and thorough troubleshooting guidance from our team. We will take this feedback into account to improve our service and ensure that our customers receive all necessary information upfront to avoid similar issues in the future. Thank you for bringing this to our attention, and we're sorry for any aggravation caused. If you have any further questions or need additional support, please don't hesitate to reach out. We are here to help and ensure you have a positive experience with our products and services.

Barely any oxygen coming out of unit
I ordered a unit and there was hardly any oxygen coming out. I guess I should have read the other reviews first since they say the same thing. Couldn’t return it without paying for shipping and everything had to be unused. But obviously you would need to use it to know it doesn’t work. This company seems like a scam. *Edit-Company is stating that they can’t find any records but I provided my email and order number as requested. If you don’t provide that info, your review gets taken down. So if my review is up, then that info was provided.
Response from Oxygen Concentrator StoreNov 28, 2023
Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We're concerned to hear about your experience as described in the review. However, we are unable to locate any purchase records or previous communications under your name. Our customer satisfaction is a top priority, and we take feedback very seriously. We consistently receive high ratings and positive reviews, so your comments stand out as unusual for us. To assist you effectively and investigate this matter thoroughly, we would greatly appreciate it if you could provide us with any purchase information or details about your interaction with our company. This will enable us to address your concerns directly and ensure that any issues are promptly resolved.

We have taught our children!
We have taught our children and grandchildren as they matured into adulthood that no matter your choice of carrier sell yourself first! Success will follow! Bret Bennett obviously learned that concept because doing business with him resulted in smooth results on our needs on two separate occasions! Bret is an important asset to the Oxygen Concentrator Store and has proved to be honest to his word! Norm Churchill
