Mez is a miracle worker! From my first call to delivery was 3 business days! My daughter with special needs has been suffering from cluster headaches for over a month waiting for the doctor’s office to even send in the referral to Medicare (endured 11 months for someone to figure out what was wrong with her)! I gave up and decided we couldn’t wait any longer. I explained this to Mez and she had the concentrator sent out FAST! Thanks to her, my daughter is able to actually get to sleep at night and was even able to enjoy Thanksgiving pain free! This mother sincerely thanks you from the bottom of my heart. I am truly and humbly grateful.

My oxygenator started actiing funny after 1 and 1/2 yrs of use,jumping to a higher 02 level than I needed and sounding the alarm.. I called as it was still under warranty. They told me they would send a new one out right away, and they would swap it out for my old one. I had my new one in 4 business days. Very good service and the new one is working great. It is quiet and easy to move around. I have had Inogen machines for over 6 yrs and have always been satified with my purchases.

The jury is still out on my purchase of a Inogen One g5. This refurbished unit is really quite a bit louder than my over three year older G3. I'm still debating whether to return this unit or keep it.
