The customer service gentleman gave us…
The customer service gentleman gave us prompt ordering ability but the columns received didn't resolve the problem. We contacted the Inogen company service people and a new unit is being sent. The service rep was nice and answered the phone promptly and tried to help as much as posible

Great customer service
I called looking for a solution to a oxygen issue. My daughter has been hospitalized for quite some time and is getting ready to come home. There were some insurance issues, so I felt it would be better to get a concentrator on my own. I called the oxygen concentrator store and was happy to deal with Mez. She was fantastic! She quickly understood my issue, and gave me a number of options that I can consider and eventually I settled on what I thought was a great deal, but even better, great customer service from someone who was helpful, knowledgeable compassionate and kind. She made a very stressful situation for me bearable. God bless her.

Good unit, could be better designed.
The unit is a good unit and provides oxygen to the user on a reliable and extended basis. The reason for only three stars is there are several small design issues that could be corrected and save the user some discomfort and dollars. For example, the carrying case and backpack do not need to be two separate items. A simple modification of the straps would allow the unit to be carried on the shoulder or as a backpack only needing one carrying case.

Concentrator came early
Concentrator came early. Was in good condition.Was promised a good product and that is what I received. Customer service was great. David was very helpful and knowledgable. Great company to do business with.
