Deb Montelli was most pleasant and helpful when I was buying this top-ranked portable O2 concentrator. She also gave me the best price I've found on the web. The same could be said for the technical staff with the tips they provided in their follow up "comfort zone" call, and for further info they gave me during a call I made. I was new to O2 equipment. And naive. Two of the three companies I contacted regarding this type of equipment did not prove to be professional - let alone ethical. That's why the Oxygen Concentrator Store is now my go to store for any O2 machines I might need in the future.

I researched online and was trying to decide between 2 different concentrators. David Murphy answered all my questions, knew both machines very well, he even made sure that I had his email and direct telephone number just in case I had additional questions. I would give the Oxygen Concentrator Store 10 stars if I could.
