12/10 sales and service experiance
I worked with todd for several days discussing pricing and best time for pick up on my Oxygen Concentrator he was very kind and friendly as well as had a ton of knowledge on each machine. The day I picked it up he was un unavailable but his supervisor was there to take care of us just as great as todd. overall would 12/10 recommend this store.

Sales person answered my many questions…
Sales person answered my many questions and gave me options on machines to consider. After receipt and set up of the machine, my concerns after a few days of using a cannula were addressed and help given.

amazing company
Couldn’t have earlier very professional. The machine works great I mean it’s it’s a vest thing that I found and like I said the fee were great when I called it’s still going good and just wanted everybody to know if this is the oxygen tank place you need to go to because they’re amazing. Thank you.

NO OXYGEN. Am having difficulty getting oxygen…
Am having difficulty getting oxygen thru tubing to my nose. I’ve checked all the tubing I’m using for kinks and tears. There aren’t any yet I’m not receiving oxygen that I can tell. There are no puffs of oxygen and also I cannot hear the oxygen in the tubing. HELP !! HELP !!

The machine was returned but new one being delivered
Even though the machine we originally received had to be replaced we were pleased with how courteous and helpful everyone was in explaining the process. They have stayed in touch with us and have answered all of our questions.
