Mez and her associate were very helpful

Would have given a 5 had it not been for the confusion caused by the warehouse when sending a new machine back to us after a defective model was returned already. They put a UPS EXCHANGE label by mistake.

Our salesperson was great!
Our salesperson, Mez Fitzum, was very knowledgeable and very patient. We had started talking last spring and she continued to stay in touch through the summer, and when we finally did decide to buy the portable concentrator she was very helpful. And since we bought it I had one question, which she called right back with the answer.

Expensive air
It was actually just okay. The salesman who I worked with was knowledgeable. I feel the price is high for someone on a fixed income. The carrying case sent is way to small and the machine is heavier than I expected.
