The salesman, Kevin, was honest, straight forward and knowledgeable while guiding me through a maze of information that was otherwise unfamiliar to me. There was no pressure to purchase a particular model, not a question he didn’t answer with sincerity and care with his explanation. When I told him I was considering buying a different model at a greatly reduced price he explained that the model had been discontinued. I researched his answer and found it to be both true and accurate as to why it wouldn’t be a wise purchase. Bottom line: I trusted him with good reason and my sister, who now uses the unit, is very pleased with how it works. All in all a good experience.
