David my sales rep was very knowledgeable of the products and the industry. He was willing to negotiate price which is not common in today’s economy.

Misled into buying new inogen
The salesperson fine. However, I called to find out what an error message “replace columns” meant. The customer service person advised me that for $500 plus $25 shipping I could return the concentrator and they would have inogen repair it. I asked how much a new one would cost and she transferred me to a salesperson. After receiving the equipment I decide to google replacement columns, and I found out it was $175. I ordered that, and now the old inogen works fine. I feel the customer service rep should have advised me of that. So, needless to say, I am not happy.

I received fast and thorough service
I received fast and thorough service. I was kept informed through email, which put me at ease, as I am end-stage COPD, and I struggle to breathe without oxygen. I was shone compassion for my situation. My unit seems to be working perfectly now. I am so relieved, and pleased with their service of my unit.

We were traveling from out of town and…
We were traveling from out of town and Nick saved the day! He stayed open late right before Christmas and was able to get us the replacement part and test my husbands concentrator. We are very grateful for him!
