I was pleased with the representative that helped with our return. He was very friendly and helpful. I would have given 5 stars had they not made me worry so much about the return of the defective machine by not getting the UPS return label to me when they said they would. Otherwise all other experience with this company was great!

We're pleased that your overall experience with our company was positive, and we look forward to serving you again with the highest level of service.

Eclipse 5
I’ve had my Eclipse 5 for a little over a week now so it’s gotten a little bit of use—-Definitely less noisy than my older PerfectO2 machine—-Plenty light enough for me to get it in and out of my car too, which was the main reason for my buying it—-

Fabulous customer service!
The biggest compliment I can make is the customer service. Jake is amazing! If y\he doesn't answer my call as I make it he is very quick to return my message. His understanding of the products you provide is terrific. I just cannot say enough about how wonderful to get a human being right from the start instead of phone trees!
