It is very important, as a customer, to feel unique and special. For several years I have been doing business with Aziz. Even after 6 or 8 months of not talking to him he always remembers me. Bret was very helpful. Answered questions. Was knowledgeable about the product. Made the process easy. Knew the Federal regulations and requirements. 5 stars for the purchase process. Shipping was free but it took a week and the tracking never worked. This was frustrating.
