Good Customer Service and Support
The first machines we ordered were not quiet enough for us (two machines in same room). Return and purchase of another model went smoothly. Meri was helpful in suggesting a quieter model while not pushing for immediate purchase. Sales, Tech support and Return team all helpful which is why we bought the 2nd model from them. Glad to keep the sale in Colorado.

Mars explained how my existing…
Mars explained how my existing concentator was discontinued in 2018 and could not be repaired. Then offered me Caire Companion 5 that was on sale. I appreciated he was willing to work to get me a concentrator that was a replacement for my old one.
