The good and the not so good
To start; my experience with the sales rep was "spot on" with the exception of feeling a bit pushed to make a quick decision. All worked out well though. In my mind there is so much insanity going on with regards to the writing of this review. "Guidelines" and "How to", are you serious? I do admit however it was quite comical.

Recertified Caire Freestyle Comfort Backpack
I first spoke with Katie Yeadon, my oxygen specialist, to explain the issue with a product I purchased. Katie said she would submit a ticket to rectify my issue at no further cost to me. That same day, I missed a call from another rep of the company who called me. The next day I spoke to I spoke with Linda Ganje in customer service. Linda found the ticket regarding my issue and took care of it. My replacement backpack is due to arrive in the next few days. I am very happy with the Oxygen Concentrator Store and highly recommend this company.

RUDE, RUDE, RUDE.....BUYERS BEWARE!!!
I would never buy from this company again!! The salesman are out to steal your money..if you have a problem, they do not want to help you. They are rude and not customer friendly.
Response from Oxygen Concentrator StoreJan 27, 2024
Thank you for sharing your feedback, Colette. We're genuinely sorry to hear about your negative experience and any perceived rudeness from our team. Our goal is to provide excellent customer service and support, and we regret that we did not meet your expectations in this instance. Regarding your case, we understand there was an exception made to accommodate an exchange of batteries outside of our standard return/exchange policy. We appreciate your cooperation in providing shipment verification for the return, as outlined in our communications. We're committed to resolving any outstanding issues and would like to ensure your concerns are addressed to your satisfaction. If you're still willing, we can proceed with the exchange if shipment verification is provided promptly, as we're unable to accept returns after February 1st due to policy constraints. Please reach out to our customer service team to update them of your shipment status. We value your business and would appreciate the opportunity to restore your confidence in our company.

You won’t be sorry
Friendly, knowledgeable and do what they say they are going to. Shipping very fast. I couldn’t be happier with the service we received. We did have a problem with our unit, but it was taken care of right away, and the problem was probably due to shipping so out of their control. I would recommend highly and I will definitely use them again when I need to.
