They were prompt and when mymachine fix failed they replaced quickly.
They were fast and helpful. When my concentrator fix failed they replaced it quickly.

Great agents & company

Bought an Oxygen Concentrator from…
Bought an Oxygen Concentrator from American Medical Sales & Rentals for a friend. I had no idea about the unit, but they’re soo good, experienced and very helpful team. They advised me which machine to buy, how it works. After 2 yrs. The machine stopped working, I just called them and again their customer service is Top Notch, they arranged to be shipped back to them, the machine was repaired and on its way back. When you write to them, they’ll reply you immediately it doesn’t matter whether it’s a Holiday, weekend, night, they’ll reply you ASAP. I Love the Customer Service and Efficiency of this company. Keep It Up Guys!!! I Highly Recommend this Company, One of the Best Companies to deal with.

Been having troubles resulting in…
Been having troubles resulting in various codes being displayed. Several conversations with your customer service representative over several days resulted in replacing the unit. Each representative was knowledgeable and very helpful. All were compassionate about my concerns.
