Deborah was amazing, very customer focused and worked with me to get exactly what I needed. Highly recommend this company!

Brett was knowledgeable and helpful which is unusual nowadays. Thanks.

A fantastic salesman named Nick clearly explained all my questions and worked out a great price for the Inogen G5 oxygen concentrator I purchased for my Wife. We received it on Tuesday and my wife is extremely happy with the G5 oxygen unit. Thanks again Nick and I think your Boss should give you a raise, now a day it's very hard to find someone that's so willing to help you. If you get to read this Nick, Thanks again and have a Blessed Day

Nick was very helpful. Great price, fast shipping.

I was very disappointed to learn, upon opening the box and reading the packet of important information, that the one week trial isn't really a week... instead it's only 10 hours. That isn't enough time to see if the O2 concentrator can really run for 24 hours a day over several days. That's like test diving a car only around a couple of city blocks. They were good about taking the machine back due to the failure to disclose the 10 hour maximum trial. They sent a prepaid shipping label for the return. I just wish they had disclosed ALL the details, especially when I was very direct with my interest to use the machine for 5 straight days nonstop during the trial "week." Almost $4,000 is way too much to spend on something when I can't really test the capabilities. I would think if the Caire Eclipse 5 was really as great as they claim, they'd allow for a full 5 days going 24 hours each day. It makes me very cautious.

Why we purchased a Inogen One G4 Oxygen Concentrator We have been looking for a portable oxygen concentrator for almost a year now. My wife is elderly and 98 lbs and had trouble carting around a 7.75 lbs oxygen bottle and therefore became mostly home bound except for the few times she had to leave the house. After contacting numerous suppliers and not completely satisfied wither with the equipment or pricing. I was lucky enough to contact the Oxygen Concentrators Store and Mars answered the phone. I told him I had lots of questions and that I had been looking for quite awhile. Mars responded by saying he had lots of time to answer my questions. His responses to me were thorough yet easy to comprehend. The weight of the equipment and price were extremely important. I told Mars I would think it over and call him back the following day...I did call him back and he was totally helpful and understanding of our concerns. So, because of his pro-active demeanor, helpful attitude, easy going nature and especially putting up with my myriad of questions and always answering each one we decided to purchase the Inogen One G4 with extended battery. He shipped it out yesterday and it arrived this morning and my wife said...it was as light as her purse. Thank you Oxygen Concentrators Store and Mars Batton for making our lives a little easier for us. we listened to your advice and my wife does not feel like she is house bound anymore. Sincerely, Paul Carreras

Working with Meri was terrific.

The salesperson I first spoke with, Luke Corrick, was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He answered all my questions about size, weight, etc. He gave me a price and said he would put it on hold for me so I put the additional monies in my checking account and called the next day and ordered the Inogen G4. I am very happy with my unit.
