I dislike the short battery life
I dislike the short battery life, 2.5 hours max, with a standard battery, and a setting of 2 Lt. In my opinion, that's pretty short. I've only had it for four days, so far as the concentrator itself, it seems okay. Not thrilled, but that's as good as I can expect.

Don't have lots to say
Don't have lots to say,because no flaws. Found what I need easily,received it quickly. (OH by the way I'm 65 and very little experience using the internet. )

The product is outstanding
The product is outstanding. Customer service was outstanding. The shipping was slow as a snail, however received my shipping charges credited back. Thanks!

I talked to Rex about a portable oxygen…
I talked to Rex about a portable oxygen unit and he was very knowledgeable and helpful on directing me to the one that would work best. I ordered one and received it within days. I ordered an extended life battery for one earlier and am very happy with it. Very good company to work with and would highly recommend it to others
