the product is fine. not so communication
the product is fine. i didnt like the lack of communication once the unit was purchased.

New Lease on Life
I was in need of an oxygen concentrator ASAP. The one I was using, not bought through a specialist, died on me after just a month’s use. I did some research and found my best bet would be the Oxygen Concentrator Store. Put my number in and within minutes I had a lovely saleswoman on the phone. We went over several options to find the right fit, financially and quality wise. She knew timing was important and I received my machine in five days. Lesson learned when it comes to something as important as breathing deal with experts. Added bonus a compassionate human. Her name is Tracy and I am grateful.

Sean Lowe made it a pleasant sale
Sean Lowe made it a pleasant sale. He explained everything and answered all my questions. He sold us just what we needed and not something more expensive that would not work for us. He saved us several hundred dollars and we are very happy. It is easy enough to use for my 85 yo mother so she can easily get around without someone lugging around an oxygen tank behind her. Thank you.

Thanks for making this so easy.
We needed to order an Oxygen Concentrator. OCS made the process very easy. We were able to get the order compleated in less than 30 minutes and our new OC was shipped the next day. We have since received it and all is good. I'm also liking the emails with different and tips on how to use the unit. The price was very competitive and since we were paying for this ourselves that was very helpful.
