My o2 machine was sent to your office…
My o2 machine was sent to your office and a loaner was never sent.1 tanks at 3liters will not last all night long. We told that they didn't have loner and show in you ads.

We haven't had a loaner program for some time, but we do offer the Rapid Exchange (REX) program, which is more convenient and cost-effective. I called
I called, they answered phone talked about me needs and had recommendation that was in line with my research, the salesman recommended what I needed with order, I ordered ,concentrator that was on sale, it showed up a couple days later, works well, what else do you need? Thanks

The representative guided me through what was needed to purchase. Representative also contacted my primary doctor to gain approval and the prescription that was required and the rest is history.
