Employees very helpful and know what they are doing and listen to customers needs. The service is fast and correct with follow up. A pleasure to purchase equipment from,but a little costly.

Excellent costumer service
We have had a very positive experience so far. Tracy assisted us and was very helpful. She made our experience seamless. Our machine arrived without a problem.

They lie just to make extra money!!!
They lie just to make extra money!!! they tell you that your required to send the product back to them for repair, but what they dont tell you that they dont repair them!!! they receive a kick back from the company that does!!! NOT A TRUSTED COMPANY!!! call the manufacture and they may have an authorized repair center close to you!!!

I spoke with Katie
I spoke with Katie, she answered all my questions and helped make sure I got the correct portable concentrator that met all my dad's needs. I needed quickly and she made sure that happened, was shipped out within hours of ordering. I would definitely recommend Katie and this company.

Best experience I’ve ever had.
Best experience I’ve ever had dealing with h the Oxygen Concentrator Store. My Representative, Sean went above and beyond my expectations! Customer Service is excellent and the shipping time on my purchase was very fast. Best Store to use if you need an Oxygen Concentrator !
