We needed an additional battery for a trip and we contacted Chris Hollis on very short notice. Chris got the order out immediately, it arrived quickly, and with a day to spare before our flight. Thank you Chris!

The staff at the store are amazing and extremely helpful. The product we own is great. However, this expensive unit we purchased a few months ago "had a problem with the mother board." We did nothing to contribute to the malfunction. However, despite being under warranty, we were still charged a fee for a replacement, rather than leaving our unit at the store for a repair - without the necessary oxygen I require for some period of time. Being offered a temporary unit would have given you five stars instead of just three. Thank you.

Thank you for your feedback, Frank. We're glad to hear that our staff was amazing and helpful and that you are satisfied with the product overall. We apologize for any inconvenience caused by the issue with your unit. While parts and labor are covered under warranty, the Rapid Exchange program we offer is independent of the warranty and optional. This program is designed to provide a quick replacement option to avoid any downtime. It's also important to have additional portable options to ensure compliance with your RX and to account for times when your primary portable is out of commission. We appreciate your understanding and have followed up with you via email to address any further concerns. If you need any additional assistance, feel free to reach out.
