Purchased a Tens X Pro and had intermittent problems with one half of the machine. After trouble shooting all that could be looked at Oxiline offered to replace it. The side that did work was helping me so I wasn't in a rush to send it back. I kept using it for a couple months and thought I might be past the grace period. Thankfully no. Justine was great to deal with and the new machine is on its way to me. Kind thanks Oxiline!

I recently bought the Oxiline Scale MD Pro and have been extremely impressed with the quality of unit. It takes a huge number of biometric measurements, but what impressed me the most was that its accuracy was remarkably close to that of the Dexascan test that I got done a few weeks ago. Furthermore, the Oxiline unit's measurements are very consistent from one day to the next. Lastly, its app (Fitdays+) is easy to use and produces a really nice report in .jpg format that one can send to one's doctor (or anyone else). I highly recommend this scale.

I had just had knee replacement surgery and my pressure was running high. I googled the best blood pressure machines and Oxiline came up. I bought one but the website said I didn’t finish my order. So I did it again. In the meantime I received confirmation that my order shipped and I was excited to get my BP machine. I was very pleased with my purchase and the way that the monitor worked. It was easy to use and easy to read. I even checked it with my PCP when I went for a check up and they said it was quite accurate. Then I was informed another one shipped! Oops. I had inadvertently ordered two. I emailed the company and they immediately sent a shipping label. As soon as I informed them I had sent the second one back they informed me they refunded my money. This company is very good. The quality of their product is excellent and their customer service is excellent as well. I would recommend them to friends and family 100%.

I bought a bloodk pressure monitor and it did not work right. I have been getting the run around to get a refund. I sent it back. Then called to follow up, they said they needed the tracking number, so thankfully I had it. Now I have to fill out another form with tracking and order number to continue to process my refund. Its ridiculous!!! They're giving me the run around. I'll NEVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN!!!!!!! Its been over 3 weeks since I sent back the product.
