DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! Oxiline is a scam! Ordered a scale over 10 days ago. I was charged, but they have ghosted me since. No shipping information even though my receipt said delivering within 5 days. Their support team does not answer email or calls.

DON'T ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. They charged my card and never sent the scale or a shipping notification. I've sent multiple inquiries but no response from the company.

SCALE & THE APP were a total pain & couldn't get it to work right. I should have taken it further & checked the BBB before buying. Tried emailing Oxiline & no response. Called & waited 1 full hour on hold. If you return it (has to be within a short 30 days!) you will have a pay to ship back ($35) & then they will give your payment back minus their shipping costs! Just shipped back & have no idea how long it will take. Yikes! Now it is January 22 and still no sign of a credit

I had my doubts at first. But I'm happy I stuck it out with oxiline. I get fast response by email. When I call it is a long wait, but worth it. I get customer service that know what they are doing, easy to understand and if they dont know something they look into it and get back to you right away. Make sure you stick to the same log in information. That was my issue. I created one with Apple and then with my email. Even though they are the same one is based on the cloud and one is just the one i created. It does matter. Love the patience they had with me resolving this matter. It was user error. LOL. Thanks Justine...you should get a raise.

Ordered a Scale MD Pro. It did not work properly despite following instructions to the letter but worse was trying to contact customer service. 3 emails went unanswered over the course of a week and 3 calls, 2 of which I waited over an hour each time to speak to a customer service rep to return the thing. In the end it cost me $33 to send it back. Very disappointing experience.

Website says products in stock - Took 3 weeks to even process the order, then issued a tracking number that doesnt work. Been 10 days since tracking number was received and still doesnt work. Multiple attempts to contact them all unsuccessfull. No return emails or even acknowledgment of having read the email. Junk of a company. Hope I don't have warranty issues like others have since contacting them seems impossible!

Ordered a scale from them, quoted 3-4 days delivery heard nothing for 10 days, tried phoning them 55 mins wait time to talk to anybody. Do not order from this company buy Hume instead better product and 10 x better service.

Order did not come as promised. I contacted them and they said it was back ordered. This was not indicated when I ordered. I asked that the order be canceled because I would not receive it before Christmas. Representative canceled order and told me my refund would be forthcoming in 3-5 business days. This time period has well passed. and still no money has reached my account! I want my money back!
