I love my reversalble gauze blanket. Colors exactly as shown online. I ended up buying a second one to use as a sofa cover. Beautiful design. Shipping was a little slow but that's no reason to down rate them .

Be cautious when ordering! Products ship from a US warehouse but to return they are required to be sent back to China. At great expense! To discourage returns (understandably) they will offer a tiny portion of money back along with a discount on a future order. Simply not what we’re used to in a Western market, and in theory I can understand, however there is no transparency about returns when placing one’s order. I will try contacting my credit card company to help with resolution.

Last time I ordered something from a company with Koti in the title, it turned out to be a huge con, and they were based in china!

Sizing is way off! The medium I got was easily the size of a small garment, if not smaller. Fabric has beautiful colors and prints but no care instructions so I wouldn't dare put it in a dryer (and I question whether it would survive a washing). And funky refund process. Item needs to be returned to China at your own cost. Stay away!

I am trying to contact this company to cancel my order within the 14 day time frame and get a reimbursement via Paypal. I have had no response yet. I am trying a third time with an email, FB messenger and this review (which I will update in a more positive manner if I get a reply and reimbursement)

Stay away. Spent $80, including shipping, for a beautiful nightgown that was well w/in their size guidelines. Rec'd it, it was a wee bit smaller than their site promised for XL, but not worth quibbling. The site suggests washing in cold water, and drying before wearing. I did, and it shrunk 3" in bust, and 2"in length, making it too small for a roomy nightgown. Asked for an exchange & paid shipping label to send this back. NOPE, they don't accept washed items, and besides, I'd have to pay for shipping to CHINA! Again, solicited remediation. Here's the cinchy offer: $7 refund and another 15% discount coupon for your next order . There will never be another "next order" from this scam. This is the first of many sites I will expose their shady company.

I received my blanket very quickly and it was not the right color or fit for my bedroom. I have tried repeatedly through their email to get a refund request (the only way to make a return) and they have ignored my requests(3emails to date). They have only 14 day window for returns. This is a scam!!

It’s so hard these days to find 100% cotton. This bed spread is the perfect weight and style. I bought the green bed spread and ended up loving the reverse color blue. I’d buy this again. Pajamas will be my next purchase. Love this company ❤️
