Nov 28 UPDATE: Following Ownkoti's lame, face-saving response here on TrustPilot, I have STILL heard NOTHING from them. Don't be fooled. ALL companies post this kind of lame response. Ask yourself: If Ownkoti had responded appropriately to my original complaint, would I really need to post on TrustPilot??? _______________________________________________ I ordered and received a ginko leaf blanket, Color was not as bright or rich as in their online photo. Emailed the company to begin a refund. Kept getting "Mail undeliverable" messages. Finally, after several attempts, here was their reply: "Dear customer, We are sorry about that. Could you please send some pictures of the item you received for us to check more clearly about the problem? We’re willing to help.Sorry for any inconvenience that we caused. Waiting for your reply." So, days after sending them a picture of the blanket, they said the particular lighting conditions of the original photo may make the fabric appear different in person. OK, so? I STILL want a refund. After one subsequent email, I get an "encryption error" message. Weird! Now, after 2 more messages sent to them, more crickets! "Dear customer"? Really? Michael J. Trottier Victoria, BC

This is the most wonderful, soft, incredibly sexy blanket I have ever had. I absolutely love it and was amazed to discover the duvet zipper I had not even known about when I ordered. I am stunned to see that you're received poor ratings from some buyers. I think your product is a top-shelf gift choice!

The order took weeks to arrive. I ordered pajamas and the elastic waist was tiny, 20" and was supposed to fit up to a 31" waistline. I contacted the company and they offered a $10 credit on a future order. When I persisted, they said I could ship back to china, making my own arrangements and at my own expense, which ended up costing more than the pajamas. Definitely not used to this type of service in the US.

My order has taken a month! Tracking until last week when all emails for order and shipping were deleted. No customer service! Where’s my order?

My spouse adores the texture of this, and he particularly likes the color orange. I really appreciate that it is reversible.

Though the designs are very attractive, the customer service is atrocious! I orderd a night dress according to size but was too small in shoulders. BUT, if you want to return anything, you must jump through hoops and pay shipping back to China, even though the item was shipped to me from Indiana. I will never order anything from here again.
