This company does not honor their return policy and they have fraudulent business practices. I received a low quality product shipped in a plastic bag. They are demanding that I return the product to china despite shipping from an address in La Puente CA: Only 3PL Return Warehouse, 16468 East Valley Blvd.. I have a photo of the warehouse but they will not accept returns. I am calling to complain about this business with the US Congressperson Grace Napolitano, who is the US Rep for La Puente. I am also filing a complaint with the Department of Consumer Affairs. They think it's a game to rip off consumers with cheaply made goods that do not match the website. The US Govt needs to stop these fraudulent drop shippers.

The quality of the Sherpa 100% cotton quilt blanket the thickness and the warmth was awesome.

Update: The owner contacted, apologized and provided me with a right sized curtain. Updating from 1 to 3 stars for their effort. Absolutely rubbish quality chinese made products and pathetic customer service. I ordered a pair of curtains, they sent me two different sized curtains which I can't use and in addition to that one was defected. Grommet came loose immediately. I reached out to their customer service including order number, photos and videos of the incorrect size and defect. They kept asking for this barcode and then another barcode. If they sent the parcel they should have all details if I provided the order number but No! Anyway when I finally provided everything they stopped responding. The photos looks much better in their website, in reality these are overpriced chinese made poor quality defected products. Stay away from this site. You can get better chinese deals in Aliexpress or Temu.

I ordered two pairs of pajamas (my first mistake, should have only tried one). I looked carefully at the size charts. I should have been a large, but I ordered XL because I like looser sleepwear. The items arrived, and at best, they're size Medium. I wrote the company for info on how to return and get a refund (which you're supposed to do within 14 days of receipt), and I'm getting a runaround. No return address and an offer of a $15 refund (for $125 of merchandise). This is not a reputable company, and I feel so foolish for ordering from them. Buyer beware.

I am delighted with this company. I have purchased three quilt sets and five rugs. The patterns are unique and delightful, and the products hold up well. One quilt arrived with a defect, and customer service responded immediately. I may try the sleep wear next!

Need to return items. Company states I cannot return unless it is defective. This is not what is stated on the website. Website says it is shipped from someplace other than China and now they are trying to scare me that it will need to be returned to China. Do not buy from this company.

I bought the Dark Cyan Double-Sided Floral Cotton Quilt and really didn’t understand that I ordered “pillow towel” (whatever that is) and not pillow shams. The quilt is nice but don’t think I’ll order it again.
