This will be my second Ownkoti bedding purchase. My orders were well packaged and arrived fairly quickly. But the best part is the subtle prettiness of the blankets and the utter comfort of the weave. My latest comforter has me lazing in bed just for the warm fluffy luxury. Next, pajamas !!

I purchased a king size bed ensemble and I love it. The quality is top notch in my opinion. I was scrolling and found the site, looked and really like their product but was hesitant to purchase. I went back to find the site again and notice that other sites appeared to be selling the same thing. So once again I was hesitant. I finally decided to purchase from this site which is the original site I saw and I hit the jackpot. The quality is excellent, also I purchased the wrong color pillow shams and the customer service was quick to respond and work with me to resolve my issue, and get the correct ones. I intend to purchase again because is am truly impressed.

I'm going to be traveling to the Christmas Markets in Belgium this year, and needed a nice pajama to keep me warm, but not to hot. These are perfect, and they feel much softer after washing.

One night, tired and scrolling, I bought a bedspread from them off their facebook link. I immediately checked them on this site, only to find out what poor product and customer service they have. Within minutes of ordering, I tried everything to cancel my order, including emailing back and forth with the company. It was maddening! I explained that I wanted to cancel based on bad reviews, which they tried to argue me were incorrect, while offering me a 12% discount. They would not remove the charge, but I also never got product. I finally went through my credit card company, which refunded my money. Horrible company.

All too small. Basically no return unless you are willing to ship to China.

First let me say that the cotton fabrics used are of the highest quality… soft and durable. The patterns and colorways pleasing and comforting. The pricing is competitive … shipping very reasonable. Customer communication prompt and respectful. I look forward to doing future business.
