I ordered my running trainers and then checked trust pilot after realising it was “outlet” and not the main site. I was a bit apprehensive after seeing the reviews here but my trainers arrived within 3 days and although I wasn’t having daily emails to update me on the progress of the order I was happy enough with the level comms, trainers arrived as advertised. I’d have no trouble using again.

No issues at all. Ordered some trainers they came after two days, I was worried after reading all the negative reviews. Delivered with yodel/inpost and no issues at all. Maybe I was lukcy.

Ordered trainers. Received an order confirmation and an email confirming delivery then they cancelled it saying it was out of stock. The same trainers in the same size are still being advertised online. Still waiting for refund. If they are hoping I will switch to another more expensive product, not going to happen. Not happy with this bait and switch technique.

Bestilte løbesko en søndag og fik dem 5 hverdage efter. Meget tilfreds🤩
