Lisant les avis, j étais inquiet mais j ai tenté une commande... Rien à redire au contraire, suivi sérieux, commande reçue en 3 jours très bien emballée, au top ! J'ai commandé une paire de nimbus pour 112€ à la place de 200... que demander de plus ??

Great selection of shoes at knock down prices. Delivery within 2-3 days. BUT - the returns process needs a printer, and no QR code is used so for us it was to the library to print out a label and then a 30min drive to the drop off point. They need to learn from Amazon on how returns should be done.

Un autentico desastre de servicio y una falta de respeto al cliente. Hice un pedido el pasado 20 de julio de unas zapatillas que marcaban claramente estar EN STOCK en su web. A día de hoy, casi cuatro semanas después, me cancelan el pedido alegando que no saben cuándo van a tener stock e intentan justificarse ofreciendo un código descuento del 10% descuento en una futura compra. Venden productos que no tienen físicamente en sus almacenes, juegan con el dinero y las necesidades del comprador, y te dejan en absoluta indefensión durante semanas. Si necesitas un producto con un mínimo de urgencia, NO COMPRES AQUÍ. Prometen lo que no tienen y su gestión de inventario y envío es lamentable. Primera y última vez que compro con ellos. Una experiencia frustrante que no le recomiendo a nadie.

Keine Information zur Größenangabe (UK oder US?), Kontaktformular funktioniert nicht, selbst die Kontaktmailadresse ist falsch geschrieben dort (Zitat "suppotr(at)asicsoutlets.de"), telefonisch erreicht man keinen Menschen. Fazit: ich kaufe lieber gleich woanders. Ich verstehe nicht, dass eine gute Marke wie Asics sich so einen unterirdischen Auftritt erlaubt :(

Was a little apprehensive about ordering as there are a lot of negative reviews. But I received great service. Ordered on Wednesday, shipping confirmation on Thursday and delivered on Saturday. Sorry other customers seem to have difficulties, but I have no complaints and service could not be faulted.

Was nervous after placing order and seeing comments here, but I have very positive experiences, order came within days as promised by website, had no issues at all, great runners for good price.

Schuhe am 19. Juli 2026 bestellt. Bis 22.08.26 keine Lieferung erfolgt. Stornierung ohne vernünftige Antwort. Erstattung steht noch aus. Hinweis der KI : lösen Sie die Erstattung über Payapal aus. Noch immer keine vernünftige Rückmeldung und auch keinen Liefertermin. Schwach Leistung von dem onlineshop von asics. Ich zweifele an der Marke.
