Returned a pair of trainers as they did not fit as expected. The return was tracked and recorded as delivered. No refund or communication other than AI chatbot despite chatbot telling me my issue had been escalated. Had to wait .months for refund as it came via my bank and the disputed payment system. AVOID this scamming company.

Today I've got second order from Asics. Order nr OUTGB37309620. I bought waterproof shoes in promo price £59 (was £85) 7.5 UK. Prompt delivery. Beautiful. After 5 min of walk I recognized that right shoes is about 10mm bigger then left! Both should be this same but they are not! This sounds like sick joke but it's true. This is my second order from this company. First order was also joke. Not any more! Best Regards. Martin

Dopo oltre 15 anni di corsa e circa 10 anni di utilizzo esclusivo della serie Nimbus, posso dire che questa è stata la peggiore esperienza mai avuta con ASICS. Le Nimbus 27 mi hanno provocato una vescica importante al piede destro dopo appena due uscite da circa 10 km. In migliaia di chilometri corsi con numerosi modelli Nimbus precedenti non mi era mai successo una sola volta. La cosa più deludente non è stata la scarpa, ma l'assistenza clienti. Nonostante abbia spiegato più volte di essere un cliente storico del marchio, ho ricevuto esclusivamente risposte standard che attribuivano il problema alla mia morfologia, all'adattamento della scarpa e persino alle modalità di utilizzo. In pratica, invece di analizzare il problema, ASICS ha preferito insinuare che il problema fossi io. Nessuna verifica tecnica del prodotto. Nessuna sostituzione. Nessun interesse concreto nell'approfondire il caso. Solo tentativi di chiudere rapidamente la pratica. Ancora più incredibile il suggerimento di utilizzare le solette delle mie vecchie Nimbus per rendere utilizzabili delle scarpe nuove. Dopo oltre un decennio di fedeltà al marchio mi aspettavo ben altro trattamento.

They recieved returned shoes two weeks ago and still no refund for them. Live chat conveniently has no representatives available ever and no email response to tickets either. Will now have to initiate a bank charge back.

DO NOT BUY ASICS SHOES – TERRIBLE QUALITY AND WARRANTY SERVICE! I purchased these shoes in May and used them exclusively indoors for walking. Despite such light use, the shoes started falling apart, and the cushioning inside completely collapsed. I contacted ASICS expecting them to stand behind their product and honor their warranty. Instead, they refused my claim and sent me a generic rejection email. After reading other customer reviews, I discovered that I'm not the only one experiencing these issues. Numerous customers have reported the same problems with poor-quality shoes that fall apart prematurely, along with warranty claims being denied. It seems ASICS has a pattern of sending generic refusal emails rather than taking responsibility for defective products. This is absolutely unacceptable for a brand that charges premium prices for such poor-quality footwear. What's the point of offering a warranty if the company refuses to honor it? BUYERS BEWARE! Don't be fooled by the ASICS name or its warranty promises. Based on my experience and the many similar complaints I've read, their product quality and customer service are extremely disappointing. SAVE YOUR MONEY! DON'T BUY ASICS! THEIR SHOES ARE POOR QUALITY, THEIR WARRANTY IS WORTHLESS, AND THEY DON'T STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCTS! I WILL NEVER BUY ASICS AGAIN!

Absolute disgrace, worst customer service experience. After using InPost to send the parcel, which you may as well throw it away and throw a penny into a wishing well to hope your package arrives, after the item got lost (obviously 😒), neither ASICS nor InPost took any accountability for weeks. ASICS never offered a replacement and now the shoes are £35 more but they had the audacity to offer £10 off. Don’t bother and buy from a reputable source with aftercare services that actually care.
