Total verschnitten obwohl gleiche Größe und augescheinlich sogar etwas länger zumindest eine halbe Nummer innen kleiner und keine Chanze sie zurrückzuschicken. Also nie wieder lieber etwas mehr zahlen und sie passen!

The shoes are very comfortable, but the fabric quality is poor. My first pair got a hole after three months. I received a replacement, but the exact same thing happened again. I only used them for walking, nothing heavy. Sadly, I won't buy this brand again.

How can a brand this big be this bad at selling stuff? Why hasn’t the e-commerce manager been frogmarched out of the building? Parcel got unaccountably stuck with couriers. One item wasn’t right, returned. Tried to order replacement, order cancelled as ‘out of stock’. Still showing in stock. Called CS, the guy could not have cared less. Basically said that stock indicators on the site are just wishful thinking. Still waiting on refund. Wrote a site review which ‘went live’ but mysteriously never showed. Abysmal.

Jeg afgav ordre d 25/4-26. D. 27/4 fik jeg besked om, at varen var afsendt. 4/5 stod den fortsat til, at Postnord ventede på at modtage pakken. Jeg læste anmeldelserne herinde og blev bekymret. Kontaktede kundeservice og talte med meget venlig medarbejder, der fortalte at varen var afsendt fra Frankrig og jeg først kunne følge pakken, når den nåede DK. Jeg modtog efterfølgende en mail fra ASICS med opfordring til genhenvendelse, hvis ikke pakken kom indenfor 1 uge. Jeg modtog pakken 2 dage senere.

Mal wieder vergessen hier reinzugucken, bevor ich bestellt habe. Nach 6 Tagen nur eine Versandankündigung. Wirklich enttäuschend für einen solch renommierten Hersteller. Irgendwie stand ich mit Asics immer schon auf Kriegsfuß, schade!

I was quite shocked, coming to review the excellent experience I had with outlet.asics.com, here in the UK, to see all these bad experiences and negative reviews. I did a bit of research and scouting around, and discovered there are some scam sites with very similar addresses, clearly designed to deceive - but they are not genuine. My experience with asics genuine outlet store was perfect, though there was the odd glitch in the way the menu sorting preferences for what I was after, worked, which meant that I inadvertently ordered an older model of the Gel-Cumulus, my favoured running shoe for many years, which was from men's, rather than women's, because in setting a sort from low to high price I failed to spot that my original search for the women's model, available in my size, had reset to the model but contained men's and women's. Anyway, this error meant I had to also test the 'free returns' and refund service. This too worked excellently, and I also spoke to customer service to check something out, so again, kudos because the rep was a real, helpful person, not some poor bored person reading some ridiculous immovable script and unable to deal with anything which didn't follow the script. Return via a local Yodel pickup shopwas pretty quick, and my refund applied more quickly than the site suggests will happen. And I am also delighted with the women's Gel-Cumulus, particularly as I was able to order the last pair in my preferred colour.

Do NOT order from ASICSs!! They have not shipped my order, refuse to issue a refund and cannot say whether or not the items will be shipped at all. Complete scam and ripoff.

Non capisco le lamentele delle persone, ho fatto un’ordine , spedito il giorno dopo, consegnato con un giorno di ritardo a causa del servizio di BRT ( che poi sotto Pasqua ci sta pure ), le scarpe sono quelle richieste come da descrizione, ho avuto bisogno del servizio assistenza e mi hanno risposto il giorno stesso. Sarò stato fortunato, pero per me è 5 stelle meritatissime. Acquistero ancora.
