Pido dos zapatillas, la verdad que los correos de compra brillan por su ausencia, recibo correo de seguimiento, EEUU a Holanda, alli pasa aduana según dicen y ahí desaparece el pedido y ya no se ha encontrado

Escribo para tranquilizar a próximos compradores. Leí por aquí malas experiencias pero yo he comprado esta semana y ha salido todo perfecto, unas deportivas de calidad a muy bajo precio y han llegado en tres días a casa. Todo correcto.

Fui a una de las empleadas y pregunté por un modelo en concreto de zapatillas y me contestó super mal, esto es un outlet, le digo perdona pero es que son de outlet,y dice pues no hay. De verdad que pena que hay gente trabajando y asqueada de su trabajo. Desde luego no volveré.

Ordered ASICS GT1000 in size 8, as it was my first order I received 10% discount. This was on Friday, by Monday afternoon I received an email saying my order was cancelled. The shoes are still in stock in the size I want but if I order them again will I be told they are out of stock and will I get 10% discount? I would have expected an apology or an offer to buy a different pair with discount as a gesture of goodwill. That will be the first and last time I buy from them. Shocking way to treat customers.

Envío con Seur sin datos de seguimiento válidos, sin explicaciones por lis sucesivos retrasos. Imposible encontrar asistencia de ASICS más que de un chatbot inútil. Cuando por fin se puede escalar hay una espera superior a la media hora para encontrar que solo pueden atenderte en inglés, contra viniendo la legislacion respecto de la atención al cliente. Si piensas, como lo hice yo, que comprar online a la marca directamente es positivo te equivocas. La peor experiencia de mi vida y aún ni tengo las zapatillas.

I didn't read the reviews before I purchased the sneakers but the service was great! I received the shoes seven days after the purchase date. The delivery service was surprisingly good for InPost. I recommend this website as the prices are cheaper than other big chain stores.

Habe trotz der vielen schlechten Bewertungen bestellt. Schuhe waren innerhalb 2 Tage da. Modell und Größe stimmen. War alles super.

Items are posted quickly and good quality - have used this site a few times now. Main gripe is with the returns process - the only option for us was InPost store (not locker) which was an hour round trip. Had to attempt multiple times as the store wouldn’t accept a large box for returns - its shoes, can’t exactly make it a smaller package. Tried to request a different shipping provider through email after parcel was rejected twice but just got met with AI response. They need to use a better courier for returns. I’d use the website again but only now I’m confident on the size required.
