Quick responses and easy support. I recently purchased an OutdoorMaster Shark 3 pump, and the nozzle for my SUP had a piece that broke. I filed a claim and it was very easy and hassle free to get a replacement part.

The 30d return policy is an absolute scam because the company is drop shipping and the costs sending back to China from the EU are very high. They'll tell you to either get 50% back if you don't accept the parcel on arrival or 70€ if you keep the items still but don't return. The address they'll give you also doesn't exist, so don't expect a full refund really. On top the customer service itself is very slow and needs multiple days to respond. My recommendation is to stay away from this company.
