Saw the advert on Instagram and took a plunge it's been a few months since the order arrived and still very happy. Painless transaction and it is good quality. Certainly for the price anyway. Such a simple idea but it worked a treat. In the missus' good books for ages. 5 stars because I couldn't fault the product or service for the price.

Solid product that arrived on time. Presented in a gift box and protective bag that makes gifting easy and simple. Custom order of specific coordinates came out perfectly. Glad to have found this company.

Excellent band that captures the coordinates of where my daughter was born! I love that it’s simple and beautiful and I never have to take it off. 10/10!

Hello Ms. Compton, Thank you so much for your feedback. Unfortunately due to the unprecedented delays for the holiday season shipments we encountered a few issues we had never had before. We’re very sorry that you didn’t get your order. We are a small team of people looking to constantly improve where we can. Usually our packages arrive in a very timely manner. If you could email me at [email protected] your order number I would love to help resolve this issue. -McKenzie

Not happy with the company at all. Ordered a bracelet for my partner for our 1 year anniversary (Jan 22nd) back in November. Right away I noticed that paypal used my old address as my shipping address. I noticed this and emailed the company right away (same day as my order), to which I received a reply from their resident customer service email named "Selena" who assured me that my address had been updated. Well a month passes and I still have not received the bracelet, I email "Selena" again and am told that the address had not been changed in time. So I tracked the package and sure enough, it had been delivered to the wrong address, but it took a month to arrive, so why didn't it get changed when I was told it was changed?? I was basically told "too bad, so sorry" and have stopped receiving replys from the company. **Update** As you can see from the company's reply below, they asked that I email them (provided an email address) to correct the situation. I emailed them (to the provided email address) on January 27th and they have yet to reply to the email or the follow up email (2/4/21). All I have asked is for a refund of the product that I did not receive and they are completely ignoring the emails that I have sent to their customer service email. Do NOT use this company, there are a lot of better options out there.

Hello Mr. Lanham, I am so sorry for the frustration, we appreciate your feedback immensely. Unfortunately it looks like your order was already sent out before we could change your address. It must’ve been extremely annoying to receive reassurance for your order and then be utterly disappointed. I can assure you that my colleague assumed the shipping company would change your address however your package was too far along in the process. If you could email me at [email protected] your order number I would love to help resolve this issue to your satisfaction. -McKenzie

I surprised my fiancé with our cuffs for Memorial Day Weekend. We are getting married 12/31/2020!!! Looking forward to celebrating ourselves and the end of 2020. We unfortunately had to reschedule to 12/31/2022 due to COVID19, but we are still so excited to wear our cuffs each day.

I look forward to putting on my memory bracelets in the morning. Depending on the occasion or my mood defines which bracelet I wear. I am a writer and recently had one made with the title of my new book on it as well as the publication date. It gets a lot of attention! I will do this for every book from now on.

I have purchased a few of the cuffs and have to say both the recipients and myself are over the moon with them - such a fabulous idea and the quality is great ( I wear mine all the time including in the shower!) all meticulously packaged ready to be gifted.
