No customer service
No customer service, Ordered something and was told it would be here in 1 week as it was an in stock item. I didn't receive the item for like a month. No one would return my calls. The item is beautiful but service is no good.

Slipcovered sectional for Oceanfront Home in Oregon
Everyone I spoke to at Ourboathouse was so helpful and nice. I wanted a slipcovered sectional for my new oceanfront home in Oregon last year and they were so great in helping me decide with sectional would work. We also were thinking of possibly doing vacation rentals and I had chosen white slip covers and they suggested I also get navy blue slipcovers as the color would hold up better with renters. Boy were they right. Most importantly, it is the most comfortable couch we have ever had!

We had a very nice experience when ordering our sectional sofa. We haven't received our sofa yet but can't wait to see it in person.

Our order took longer than expected
Our order took longer than expected, also we were promised "white glove" service for delivery of our couch and paid quit a bit of $ for that service and was delivered a couch with dirty fingerprints all over. The packaging company did not do a good job at inspecting out item before it was delivered.

White glove delivery is the best option for delivering furniture in the home and normally goes very smoothly. On occasion when there is an issue the delivery company would normally rectify the problem. Please provide images or call us and we will be happy to assist in correcting the issue.
