I like the merchandise you sell. However, every time I am in your store, there is confusion on how to conduct the transaction. Staff needs to be more professional and learn how to accommodate the customer. Your prices also tend to be on the high end of acceptable for what you are selling. And finally, do not like being charged for shipping of an item when buying it off the floor.

Thank you for such great service from beginning to end! I was mailed fabric swatches so I could order online with confidence and my couch was delivered by two nice gentlemen who carefully brought it inside and explained to me how to take care of the beautiful slipcovers.
