Otter.ai provides me with a level of support for both business and personal efforts. Worth the investment and I use it frequently.

Otter is a user-friendly transcription tool that mostly works well, making it a great option for meetings or notes. While not yet flawless, it’s a time-saving solution that will prove to be indispensable to many users.

I tried this tool as a test, but decided I didn't want it. I have since deleted the account, but the tool is still automatically joining my online meetings, even if I'm not attending a meeting it joins and emails notes to the entire company, which is highly embarrassing. I've asked Otter for help but have received nothing from them.

It has helped in recording and summarizing the topics discussed in my meetings. The Ai is especially useful, helpful and great in extracting specifics around the meeting... I have started showcasing and recommending to others

Otter is a great time saving tool transcribing phone calls. It is largely accurate and fast. I've been using it for a number of years now and it seems to be improving with time. I won't be switching services any time soon.

I have been using Otter to transcribe interviews and voice notes for a couple of years. It's an effective tool for doing that. Impressively, I've found that Otter has a high degree of accuracy in transcribing interviews with people who have a variety of accents. After testing the free version for a while, I have upgraded to the subscription version.

I have used Otter.ai since it was released. It is highly accurate, and the features keep improving. The price is a little too high for what I need, so I use the free version. But the premium features were great. I was offered an incentive to write a review. But I would have written this anyway.
