Thanks to Otter for inviting me to review the product as part of a promotion. I love Otter. It’s easy to use and is a great help to me in my work as a journalist. It’s hard to imagine working without it.

I do like the whole concept behind Otter AI. However, I wish it was a bit better at transcribing. It capitalizes words that shouldn't be and some times (very little) what it reads is nothing like what was actually said. Editing does take some time on my part, and I wish it didn't take as long as it does, but I do appreciate the idea behind it all.

I wished to thank you for interpolating the engineering ethic of the 20th century--creating something to achieve a given objective or task. I note this as an opposition to the queasy treacle regarding AI in the world. In short, people like you Otter create applications like this to help people with a given task. Not the creation of some sentient machine. Otter is great in this respect, and it does not deactivate like Google while trying to record.

Have been using Otter.ai for over a year now and have seen how their product has developed. I am really satisfied with the solution and we use it for a team of 10 people, it has made my calls (since I don't need to take notes) and my followups more efficient. Thanks

Otter ai does a tremendous job of capturing and transcribing my meetings. Their ability to also capture key items in simple bullet points has streamlined my workflow. They asked me to leave a comment about their service, but told me to be honest in my review. I am being totally honest, Otter ai is A+

Amazing how accurate the transcription of dialogues and the synopsis was in our conf calls

It has been efficient helpful and time saving. Keeping records current and updating the information when I needed, as well as a good support method when using it to expand on actions or project notes that are being updated.
