As someone who needs to talk things out to see them clearly, Otter.ai has been a saviour. I'm very kinaesthetic and this app allows me to move and talk and catch everything. This helps me capture my thoughts after meetings, to capture summaries of important sessions and key themes, and to refine my life and work as it unfolds. It's saved me many a stagnant evening trying to sit, remember and take notes! I've also found this to be effective in being able look at the high end necessary points from meetings / chats with self, and also to be able to go back and hear the substance that informs the high end meeting points which can be invaluable for context at times too. I am writing this review as part of an Otter.ai promotion, but I also mean it all. Saves me time, supports processing, and as someone that is a deep thinker with a unique processing to action style, it helps me bridge insights with action effectively, personally and professionally.

i love otter! it's been so helpful for classes where the professor moves fast, it's hard to understand the professor, or times when i just want a second pair of ears. i also use it for meetings just as a way to catch back up on what someone said a bit earlier, and looking at the transcripts!! this review was provided in a part of a promotion with otter.

I love Otter for all the things. I use it in meetings, but even more practically, I use it to speak out loud when I'm brainstorming so that I can just let my thoughts just flow. It's great that I can go back over the transcript and even use the AI feature to review and organize my life.

I love Otter.ai! It is my go to transcription app and never lets me down. Ive been a customer for around 4 years and actually can’t live without it now. I even left for a short period but came back very quickly! Really love the meeting summary and action points.

Otter.ai has not only saved me a significant amount of time but has also prevented me from making costly errors. The ability to search through a history of meetings by simply asking the chatbot to provide information about a decision is invaluable. Additionally, I can skip meetings without compromising my ability to stay in sync by reviewing meeting notes. This feature has easily increased my productivity by a factor of ten.

Otter frees me to not have to worry about taking extensive notes. When the zoom meeting ends otter sends a transcript and summary. So far the otter notes have been close to totally spot on.
