This is very helpful software. It takes notes, summarizes them, and then you can play back the original audio or a specific portion of that audio file.

Otter was a great tool to use in law school. Instead of having to furiously take notes in class I was able to fully involve myself in the discussion. With the summarization tool the notes were basically taken for me and I could then just spend time organizing them the way I wanted. Just an amazing tool. Please note I did receive an incentive from Otter for this review, however this is an honest reflection of my use and experience.

Otter.ai does a good job transcribing and summarizing the transcript. It also lists to-do items for meetings.

I have contacted otter support twice and both times they surprised me with how accommodating they were. While the translations are not perfect, they are very good and you can download both the audio recording and the transcript.

Awesome tool - the ability to go back and listen to meetings and follow in the transcript is great and the new chat feature makes finding your answers even faster
