Junnior quickly addressed a problem with a change in email, display name, and note taker name. Because I did not make my own changes correctly, it required several emails from me. Junnior responded quickly to each and every one and treated me as if I was his only client. He was patient and supportive. He is terrific and has personal qualities you cannot teach to someone. Great company and great staff.

I reached out regarding a subscription charge after forgetting to cancel in time, and Agni handled my refund request promptly and kindly. The entire process was completely free of bureaucracy or red tape. Otter.AI seems to excel at fast, customer-centric support. Even though my needs changed and I canceled my subscription, Agni's excellent service left me with a highly positive impression of the brand's integrity.

They have arbitrary charging practices. I don't know when my account became a team account, emails were sent on my behalf. And someone opened a document and I was charged 9 dollars.

The service seems to work well, however, having signed up for the free account in order to test it out, I discovered come the end of the 60 minute board meeting that only the first 30 minutes are recorded. Nowhere during the sign up is this clearly advertised, or even mentioned as far as I could see. They advertise clearly that you get 300 minutes free per month only. Beware. This means I ended up with half of the meeting notes which is about as much use as an ashtray on a motorbike. I'd almost certainly have signed up for a paid account if this had worked, instead, it created me lot of extra work and has left a bad taste in my mouth with Otter AI. I won't be coming back.
