Excellent customer service Luis Juarez was very helpful and efficient in resolving my subscription issue. He graciously and in a timely manner provided me with a refund for a subscription I realized I did not actually need to purchase.

When I needed to upgrade to Pro version, I encouneterd an issue with the purchase not being acknowledged by the developer, despite of the subscription visible in play store. When I couldn't resolve it on my own, I contacted Otter suppor team. My request was acknowledged by Agni, and by the next day I received an update from her and what to do to resolve this- all working fine now. 5 stars for a promt response and update, especially lovely to have it all managed by one person, with a polite and professional attitude.
