Otter.aiReviews of otter.ai

Brittany was incredibly helpful. She answered all my questions promptly and was able to guide me through what seemed, at first, like a complicated process.

Very great & helpful support with fast response

Fantastic product and helpful staff Had a query with card problems and had Junnior help out with this. Love using the product too so keen to keep using it! Having speech and language problems, (both receptive and expressive) it's a gamechanger in how I take in peoples specifications in meetings.

Junnior and Allan worked to fix my issue and made it easy for me to get it accomplished!

Renewal Misunderstanding At renewal, we had a misunderstanding of the process and as a result signed up multiple people that have never even accessed Otter ai. Junnior Torres was quick to respond to my inquiry and help resolve our situation. I'll be staying with Otter because of this interaction.

The tool's great, especially for people who take a lot of meetings, it helps me focus on the meeting itself and at the end have the notes, summary, and action items ready. Customer support is also very responsive and get's issues solved fast.

Whilst it is well suited to creating summaries, it omits some details. In particular, the Japanese scripts lacked sufficient detail, so I ultimately had to listen to them again myself and add the missing information. You should also be aware that there is no reminder at the end of the free trial period, and you will be billed unexpectedly. If you do not wish to proceed with a full subscription, you must check the expiry date yourself and cancel the service.

I worked with Luis Juarez the entire time of resolving an issue I was having. It was great to have this consistency and not be bounced around from one customer care provider to another like is sometimes the case in situations like this. Luis was always quick to respond to my emails, and was always very courteous and happy to help. Although the process to resolve my issue ended up taking longer than expected, and was a bit more complicated as well, I am still very satisfied with the experience and final outcome. Luis was patient, and clearly committed to seeing my situation completely resolved, and wanting me to be happy with the outcome. Two thumbs up for Otter and Luis. Very grateful.
