Wish I had checked Trust Pilot before I bought items from this company. Ordered April 4 then received a lame letter about delayed shipping due to covid-19. No one else having an issue but though I would give the benefit of the doubt. Hopefully can get this cancelled via my credit card. Very disappointed.

BEWARE: Not shipping and no response to emails, FRAUDULENT WEBSITE!!!! Waiting over 2 months for items ordered and nothing but discount orders for additional sales. Update: June 15th still nothing, these guys are a scammers!!!!

Hello there, I am still waiting for a reply regarding my order I made. And my order that I made on 27.03. I am very disappointed wth costumer support. No response to my question, no products no nothing!! No I correct myself they did charge me for my order right away. That you did do.

**UPDATE 3 JUNE 2020** Still battling this out with PayPal. I feel like they've done a horrible job at resolving this dispute. They keep pushing the resolution date out, in order for the fraudulent seller to have more time. It's ridiculous. Supposedly, today is their *real* last day to respond before the dispute is resolved in my favor. How dumb this whole process has been. PayPal should be ashamed of themselves for processing payments for fraudulent businesses. And how in the world is this website still able to be "selling" products?! It's all just so infuriating. **UPDATE 14 MAY 2020** PayPal gave the company until today to provide a response to my dispute. Their response was to give a DHL tracking number. That tracking number comes up with an error when put into the DHL Express tracking website. ******* I placed an order on 5 April and waited until 9 April to contact them about a possible dispatch date. I received no response, so I sent another email on 15 April. Still no response, so I sent a third email on 20 April. Today, 24 April, I have filed a complaint with PayPal. I'm beginning to wonder if this company is even legitimate.

I placed my order April 6th. The order billed my credit card April 7th. I emailed customer service and received a canned letter not answering why my credit card was billed immediately nor when I might receive my order but they did "hope my family was doing well." I have left voice mails and followed up the email with 2 more and no reply. This website is not legitimate and needs to be shut down. I've contacted my credit card company with the hopes of getting my money back. DO NOT deal with these people.

If I could give them a zero star I would! I placed my order on April 3rd and still no word on when I will receive my order. I emailed them twice and have heard nothing back so I did a charge back on my credit card but i still receive email the order will ship in 24 hours, so not true

2nd UPDATE: The "Original Paint By Number" site is now down, and I believe they have "rebranded" to a site called "The Painting Kit" (thepaintingkit.com) as I am receiving emails from that site, which I have never visited before, and the emails and offerings look identical to the original site. DO NOT purchase from The Painting Kit site either!!! UPDATE: Once I threatened to submit complaint with the BBB (which I did), I got an email with "shipping information" but the tracking number is invalid!!! FAKE FAKE FAKE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE. They are promoting "fast shipping" but I ordered over two weeks ago and my order has not been updated since then. It has not shipped. When I emailed to ask how long of a delay to expect (due to COVID-19) they gave me no information. I responded saying that I wanted a refund since they could not provide details on the delay. They said, "Upon checking, your order is currently being processed and will be delivered soon and we are unable to cancel at this point." Yet on their website, on the refund policy page, it says "All orders are applicable for refunds within the first 30 days." I don't understand why they can't refund me if the order hasn't even shipped yet. I will be contacting the BBB immediately.

Do not order from this company. They take your money, give you a fake tracking number and never get back to you!
