DO NOT DO IT! THIS IS A SCAM.

This scam site looks like the real thing. Shortly after I used a credit card to make a purchase, the site went down, and they refused to answer emails. Amazingly, once I had my credit card company reverse the charges, an email with "tracking numbers" showed up immediately. These, of course, belong to no shipping company on the planet. I got my money back, but avoid these people like the plague.

$74 spent on online order in March, and, still the order not showing on their "tracking" carrier website - scam or what - I am furious with them for being scumbag cheats, and with myself for not viewing trustpilot before parting with my cash.

This company is a scam. I wish I would have seen these reviews prior to ordering. I ordered at the beginning of April and received nothing. I keep receiving the same generic email saying they orders are delayed due to Covid, yet it has never shipped. They do not return phone calls and now their website is shut down. I don’t know how I will get our money back.

I am sickened that I fell victim to this scam. However, I did find similar products on Amazon that were reasonable.

So angry - everything everyone is saying is true. No delivery, site shut down. How do we find and report these guys?

Wish I saw reviews earlier. DO NOT ORDER from Originalpaintbynumber! I ordered 3months ago, waited patiently. Wrote to customer service to request refund, they reply after 2-3weeks with copy/paste reply, no matter what you write them you get exactly same reply, only agent name will be different

Basically a scam site. don't buy from Them. I ordered a painting from them and realized they are in USA and not EU. So I wrote to them to cancel my order and they didn't reply. The phone number on their website is also fake and nobody answers. there is no reply after few days. also no email regarding the status of my order. watch out. scammers are everywhere.
