I ordered sets for my grandchildren as a quarantine present. After over a month and no way to track them ( the tracking site only said "being shipped", I tried repeatedly to contact them. No phone number listed, only an email. Never any response. They had no trouble charging my account in a timely manner, but no product delivered, no response to inquiry ever.

They put down their site and opened a new one: originalpaintbydiamonds.com DON'T USE IT, THEY ARE JUST TRYING THE SAME AGAIN WITH DIAMOND KITS!!! Just spread this Info around, so that more people know about this garbage business and won't get scammed. EDIT: My Order from April 19 arrived today. I declined it cause I already got my money back from Paypal on May 24. This just shows that they have absolutely no overview about their Orders and the flow of money. I'm not even sure if they would have noticed it if I had kept the pictures, but I don't want to have any more trouble with this company. Also suspicious: Their company seems to be located in America but the product was shipped from China...

ZERO STARS They're a very clever scam site. The site looked professional as did the order confirmation email with tracking number. I first got suspicious when the tracking number wasn't recognised by any courier. No reply to emails and now their website has gone down. To add insult to injury they also bombarded me with post sale emails trying to get me to spend more money.

DO NOT ORDER - Scam. Why didn't I review this first . I ordered on March 20 and it's May 1st - still no product SO FRUSTRATING! No customer service number to contact anyone. Shameful!

This company is a huge scam. They’re website is now not working. Ordered a painting two weeks ago and have not heard anything from them. Tried to send an email and got a reply back from a generic company saying that due to high volume of business due to Covid-19, please allow 7 business days for a reply. Don’t trust this company at all!
