Ordered almost 2 months ago and never received tracking information, let alone an order confirmation.

SCAM!!! ORDERED April 26th. 5 Kits. No way to contact them! Have emailed numerous times. No reply! I saw 1 review that said they received their order 6 to 8 weeks after ordering. I can only hope!!!

I’m clearly not the only one. I spent $120 and I have no updates. I emailed them a couple of times and nothing . I made the order 2 months ago and I just want my money back.

This company is either a scam or very badly managed! I have written several times to know where is my order I never have any reply. I will probably never see my order like many and they dare continue to advertise! If you buy from them just remember that you will probably never see the item or your money again!

DO NOT ORDER!!! SCAM! I ordered four kits back in April. May 1 I got an email with a tracking number link that never existed. If you click on the link it says tracking number not found. Still have not received anything. I’m working with the BBB and FBI currently as this appears to be a big fraud operation and needs to be shut down ASAP.

*adult content review* this site is absolutely b******* I placed my order at the end of March we are now nearing the end of May, I have sent 17 emails second last one asking for a refund. It’s f***** to think “companies” would take advantage of times like we’ve been through! Now I guess all there is to do is scam them back, next email they send they will subscribe to “daily hot midgets” until I get a response or my refund if anyone has a way of getting this place shut down please let me know because I’d love to help I’m think a lawsuit would even be best

Still waiting!! Sounds like everyone is! My poor little girls have been so disappointed and check the mail daily by now hoping it’s finally here!! No luck! We are thinking it’s a scam since we have sent emails and tried calling and get a busy signal every time. And now after reading all of these terrible reviews we are definitely thinking we got scammed too, so sad since this was supposed to be one of our fun quarantine activities ☹️ I’m hoping I’m wrong and they are just overwhelmed with orders, but they should at least communicate with their customers.

Looks like I am another customer who has been scammed! They should at least put an update on their website if the delay is because of the virus, which I highly doubt now. I am reporting them to the FTC, Attorney General and the BBB to put them out of "business" or at least get their website taken down! This is totally illegal. Also I noticed a lot of people, myself included, has reported another similar website with almost the exact name (Paint by Numbers Shop). Don't mistake them for this wishy washy company. I wish I would have found that website first. I am sure I would have had my items by now.
